Ability to sort queues on request type field

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, it's not possible to sort the queues on the request type field if it is included in the queue columns. Hovering the mouse over the request type field doesn't show ascending or descending arrow.

      The suggestion is to provide the ability to be able to sort on the request type field.
