Ability to configure issue layout for all request types instead of one by one

      Problem

      Currently, the same as the request type that we edit for the customer portal, we need to edit it one by one.

      Suggestion

      It would be great if administrators could edit the layout of the context fields all at once since some sites have many request types and it's not a good option to go one by one to let all using the same pattern.
