Issue Summary
Currently, the order of request types is only applicable to the JIRA Service Desk customer portal. The request types that are displayed in JIRA on the Type's field is ordered based on the request type id
Steps to Reproduce
- Re-order the request types
- Click on + to create a JIRA issue on a service desk project
- Check the order of the request type through the type field.
Expected Results
The order of the request type on the type field is following the request type's order in the Request type settings

Type field is not respecting the order of the request types
