Ability to sort knowledge base articles by title, category and views

      Description

      Problem definition:

      For sites with large number of articles, sorting by last update time (which is the default sort right now) is not very useful. And makes it hard to guess where in the list an article will appear.

      Suggested solution:

      • Either the default sorting order should be by the title
      • Or allow the user to change sorting order by clicking on the column headers
