Renamed users cannot be searched using their email in the Request Type hidden preset field

Steps to Reproduce

Change a user's username
Search for the user using their email in the hidden preset field in Request Type configuration

Expected Results

The user is retrieved

Actual Results

The user is not retrieved

Workaround

Search using the display name instead
