Renamed users cannot be selected as preset user when using their email in Request Type configuration

      Issue Summary

      Renamed users cannot be searched using their email in the Request Type hidden preset field

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change a user's username
      2. Search for the user using their email in the hidden preset field in Request Type configuration

      Expected Results

      The user is retrieved

      Actual Results

      The user is not retrieved

      Workaround

      Search using the display name instead

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users.
