User story
As a Zapier user, I want to set the Priority field when using the action to create a request in my Zap.
Possible solutions
Add support for the Priority field to be set in the "Create Request" action in the Jira Service Desk Zapier app.
Currently the only supported fields are:
- String/text
- Single select
- Multi select
- Checkbox
- Radio button
Impact
Currently if a user tries to create a request with a required priority field, the field isn't displayed at all and the request inevitably fails with a 400 Bad Request HTTP response code.
