      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-8598 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Problem

      The workload default report has a pre-defined JQL that can't be changed. If the customer uses any other field to track the workload of the agents, it can't be changed.

      Suggested resolution

      Bring the ability to edit the workload report JQL
