Issue Summary
When user_key and lower_user_name do not match, user can not be added as Assignee in the Edit fields page of a Request type.
Steps to Reproduce
- Locate a user whose user_key and lower_user_name do not match
- Try to add them as the Assignee in the Edit fields page of a Request type
Expected Results
The user is set as the Assignee default for the Request type
Actual Results
Receive the following error:
User ... does not exist.
Workaround
The user_key and lower_user_name values should be made to be the same.
