Issue Summary
Customers are missing from Customers list.
As a result, agents cannot pick customers from user pickers.
Scenarios:
- JSD customers are randomly dropped from JSD project where the setting allows anyone to access project
- JSD customers are randomly dropped from JSD project where setting allows to only manually add JSD customers
- A site-admin added a customer in the service desk project. But after refreshing the page, the customer is no longer there and not searchable.
- Customers are disappearing from JSD organization when checking one example customer in user management > jira service desk, it seems that the customer becomes inactive. You would access customers via https://<instancename>/projects/<projectkey>/customers
Steps to Reproduce
- Access Jira service desk customers page
- Search for existing customer that is impacted
Expected Results
Agents are able to see the customer in the list
Actual Results
Agents are unable to see customers , as they are not in the list
