Issue Summary
When a username was renamed, their user cannot be selected as the preset user in Request Type configuration
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Request Type with approvals configuration
- Add the approver to Request Type
- Set the field as hidden to select a preset value
- Select the renamed user
Expected Results
User is selected as the preset user for approver
Actual Results
Error: Could not find usernames is displayed
Workaround
Contact the Atlassian Support to have the username fixed.
