      Issue Summary

      Currently, add attachment button is not available on JSM new issue view. The button is available for issues on JSW projects.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to any new issue view for the JSM project
      2. Look for the attachment button
      • (JSM Project)
      • (JSW Project)

      Expected Results

      Attachment button visible

      Actual Results

      Attachment button not visible.

      Suggestions:

      Show Attachment button on JSM issues.

      Workaround

      Add attachment from the comment field. If the attachment need to be restricted, add internal comment.
