      As a help seeker, I do not want to see/get an update everytime my ticket changes status if the status is not relevant to me (e.g. if ticket goes through multiple internal steps (like 'escalated to L2' or 'awaiting external vendor response'), it still shows 'waiting for support' to the help seeker and no update/notification is sent to the help seeker.
