Description
Summary
A Service Desk agent that is a Project Administrator can't include or edit a custom email account in the email requests.
The project administrator is able to turn on and off the emails requests and edit the default account, however, the custom email is not editable and in case you're trying to add a new account the buttons are displayed, but, you can't click on it.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access Jira using a Project Administrator account.
- Go to the Project Settings > Email Requests.
- Try to click on the buttons to add a custom email account.
- The buttons will be available, however, they are not clickable.
Expected Results
Since the Project Administrator is able to turn on and off the email requests and can edit the default address, it's expected that it should be possible to also edit and include custom accounts.
Actual Results
Just the default email request is editable.
Workaround
Include the agent as a Jira Administrator.
