Summary
Open Service Desk project's customer page can be slow to load
Steps to Reproduce
- Allow the global service desk configuration to allow users to be able to sign-up to the help center
- Create a service desk project with customer permission set to Anyone can send a request
- If the instance now has multiple customers, navigate to the Project > Customer page
- Go through the first 3-4 pages of customers page
Expected Results
The Customers page loads within a few seconds and going to next pages should not take a lot of time
Actual Results
The customer page is slow to load. Once the customer page loads, it takes additional time for customers to actually appear on the customer page. The same behavior happens when you click on the next page.
Workaround
Once the customer page loads, Instead of going through the next Customer pages looking for a customer, we can search for the customer using the search button
