Have the ability to "Add Flag" and "Remove Flag" from "..." menu

      Currently, it is possible to flag an issue in a JSD project if it is in a Board, but not possible if viewing the specific issue.

      It would be nice to be able to click on ... and Add flag or Remove flag (if a flag is already set) while viewing an issue in a JSD project.
