Problem Definition

When adding comments in the customer portal, customers are able to upload attachments by drag/drop, paste screenshot or browse attachments on their computer. However, there are no possibilities to disable this module to prevent customers from uploading attachments in the customer portal instead of an internal attachment app.

Suggested Solution

Provide the ability to disable uploading attachments when commenting.
