Ability to add placeholder and hover text for fields in the customer portal and widget

Currently, we can add a default text for fields and also use the Field Help to add instruction for customers to fill the form in the customer portal.

It would be great if we could add placeholder and also some instruction when the customer hovers the mouse over custom fields in the customer portal and widget.
