Summary
When an agent provides the link(directly from agent view) i.e : https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/browse/TEST-1234
If a JSD customer opens the link, previously he/she will be correctly redirected to the customer portal to view this issue,
i.e. https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/TEST-1234.
Currently, for the new JSD portal, the redirection becomes problematic that the JSD customer is only redirected to the customer portal page at https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
Steps to Reproduce
- Agent provides the direct link from agent view to the reporter(customer)
- Customer hits the link
Expected Results
Should be redirected to the portal version of the issue
Actual Results
Redirects to the customer portal instead
Workaround
Provide the portal version of the URL instead: https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/TEST-1234
