This stem from our users base multiple feedback would be good to be able to share and pull in users from their group or another group.
Use case 1: Eng user found a system config has issue and open a JSD ticket. Want to include the entire eng group that is waiting on the fix. Like to have a way to easily share the ticket with them, so when the ticket is resolved, all impacted are notified.
Use case 2: A user submitted a ticket capture one aspect of the issue and want to pull in another group to add details to the ticket.
JSD/Jira has the concept of groups, it would be nice be able to setup up groups that can be used for share or request participants actions.
