[next-gen-only] Request type description / instructions not showing on the JSD Cloud Next Gen service desks

In JSD Cloud next-gen projects, two fields can be configured on a request type:

• Portal description
• Portal instructions

Currently, they do not show up in the help center for those next-gen projects:

We will be looking into this bug with high priority starting tomorrow Wed 21st (Sydney time) and provide with updates on resolution.
