The ability to nest Service Desk Reports into a Group

      Problem Definition
      In the Service Desk reports section, when you have a large number of custom reports, it is currently not possible to group these reports into a nested version which allows a more streamlined method of searching for reports that have been created.

      As it stands, you have to manually search the reports and at times, you have to scroll up and down to gather reports which could potentially be grouped together under one banner.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the ability to nest Service Desk reports, with a label to group these nested reports. This helps in viewing the reports which is easier on the eye, and feels less cluttered.

      Workaround

      As this is a feature limitation, there are no workarounds at the moment.
