Add ability to customize what'll appear below a Request Type group on the portal

Currently, below a Request Type group name on the portal, all request types associated with that group will be listed.

In cases where you have many groups with many Request Types associated with each group, each group will have its own wall of text below its name containing several lines of text made entirely of Request Types.

It'd be useful to be able to edit that list/text without having to remove the Request Types from the groups.
