      Incorrect redirect(routing) at the customer portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Logging at customer portal with a portal only account
      2. Access the link from the Jira ticket like: 
        instaceURL/browse/TEST-123

      Expected Results

      Customer is redirected to access the ticket within the customer portal.

      Actual Results

      User is redirected to the Help Center instead.

      Workaround
