Problem Statement
Customer ID is displayed instead of Email address on a User Picker custom field when editing issue
Steps to replicate
- Create a User Picker Custom Field
- Add field to a Request Type
- Create new Request and enter the Portal-Only User to the User Picker Custom Field and Create Request.
- View the Request using Old Issue view and Click Edit Issue
Expected Result
Able to view the Customer by Email
Actual Result
The User Picker Custom field is displaying the user name (which for customer users this looks like UUID/codes qm:...) instead of the display name/email address.
