Description
Problem Definition
Currently , for JIRA Service Desk report custom date range , the minimum date user can choose for "from date" is 366 days before user's current date. The maximum date user can select for "to date" is user's current date. The minimum date and maximum dates are calculated base on user profile time zone, not browser timezone.
It's limited and it's best if admin can increase the range to more than a year.
Suggested Solution
Increase the date range to more than a year.
Why this is important
Admin need to get statistic from report for more than a year. The current date range is limited.
