Summary
Current logic in Jira Service Desk doesn't allow us to control Service Desk customer on a per-project level.
There is no way to delete a customer from project A and keep this same customer in project B.
Scenario:
There are 2 projects that are maintained by 2 different Service Desk administrators.
Administrator of project A wants to block access to their portal for user A, however this same user is still interacting in project B.
The only way for now is to remove service desk customer - on a user management level, accessing <Cloud_instance>/admin, however this removes customer on a Jira level and removes their access to project B as well.
Expected Results
Service Desk administrator should be able to remove a service desk customer from their project and that shouldn't affect other projects.
