Problem Definition
Currently , when the JSD project is not open to public , meaning only "Customers my team adds to the project" will able to create issue via email and portal. The problem is , when an external customer that's not being added to the project send an email to JSD , their email being rejected with "Signup is not currently available". The agents will not know about it , unless they checked the logs.
Suggested Solution
Provide options to enable notification to agents when customer unable to create issue due to "Signup is not currently available". The agents can proactively add them to the project if it needed.
Why this is important
A better experience for their external customer. If not , their request will be ignored.
Workaround
Need to monitor the email request logs.
