Improve the accessibility of the Help Center when using a screen reader

      When using some screen readers (Jaws or NVDA) to interpret the Jira Service Desk Help Center, the search bar field lose focus when a user tries to interact with it, making it possible to select the search bar but not possible to enter text into it.

       

      It works using the browser extension ChromeVox, so it should also work with other screen readers.
