"Organization", "Approvers" and "Request Participant" are not translated preferred language

Summary

For instance that using English language while the first project that created the fields were in German language, the "Request Participant", "Approvers" and "Organization" fields are not translated in issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project while selecting German as your default language.
2. Set profile language to English
3. Open any JIRA Service Desk ticket.

Expected Results

"Request Participant" and "Organization" field translated to English

Actual Results

"Request Participant" and "Organization" field is not translated. It remains as 'Anfrageteilnehmer' and 'Organisationen'
