Problem Definition
- Sometimes, there is a need to have multiple SLA goals configured to cover requirements such as priority, customer, timezone
- There is an SLA goal limit that applies per project which limits flexibility and the ability to accommodate for growth
Suggested Solution
- Allow the start/pause/stop conditions to include JQL queries
- Find a way to remove the SLA goal limit
Why this is important
- Due to the current SLA goal limitations, it can be difficult to cover all SLA requirements considering the 30 goal limit
Workaround
- Split projects into multiple projects, i.e. single project per customer
