Leverage knowledge base(Confluence) to send mass emails to customers in the form of newsletters or similar

      Problem Definition

      • Currently there isn't a way to send emails to customers based on a mailing list, so not possible to send information to customers in a newsletter type format and cadence
      • Related suggestion ticket: JRACLOUD-70298

      Suggested Solution

      • Implement CONFCLOUD-5643
      • Allow portal-only accounts to be part of that mailing list
      • Work that feature into the Jira Service Desk(JSD) knowledge base

      Why this is important

      • Allows admins/agents to keep customers informed about the latest news and changes
