Currently, if the portal has many KB categories, the option to raise a request goes off the page and customers can't see that without scrolling. This may be confusing for some customers.
An option to bring raise a request option on the top would be better. Or, confine the KB categories in a scroll-able panel and show the option to Raise a request on below that panel so the customers can see that without scrolling.
