      Problem Definition

      It would be useful to be able to pin documents to the widget similar to article categories in the portal so admins can list common documents for browsing by customers without having to search.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow articles to be 'pinned' to the widget to allow browsing without having to search

      Workaround

      No known workaround - you must search to find articles
