Description
Summary
Customer unable to search knowledge based article from Customer Portal eventhough the permission was open for any active user without confluence licence.
Customer Impact
Customer unable to search KB from Customer Portal. If they have direct link , they can open it.
Environment

Steps to Reproduce
- Link JSD project with Confluence space.
- The permission , set to Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license. This option is best if you want to share knowledge base articles with your customers.
- Then , login customer portal as customer (without license)
- Try to search the KB
Expected Results
Customer should be able to search the KB
Actual Results
Customer unable to search the KB. Only agent can search for the KB.
From Console , there's error :-
Error: undefined missing confluence/api/navigator-context
Notes
