Summary
"Share as comment" button not available for Atlassian Account Customers
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an application link between JIRA Service Desk and Confluence
- Set the Knowledge base settings under Service Desk with the following option:
- Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license. This option is best if you want to share knowledge base articles with your customers.
- Create a page named Test.
- Make sure that the page above it does not has any restrictions
- Create an issue on the project with the Summary named Test as well.
Expected Results
Under the Related knowledge base articles, the "Share as comment" button should be available.
Actual Results
The "Share as comment" button it's grayed out.

Workaround
Under the space, settings allow Anonymous access view.
Notes:
The users are able to look for articles in the Help Center anyway.
