Portal: Customize layout of issue view

      Problem Definition

      • Currently there aren't any options for Jira Service Desk(JSD) admins. to customize the layout of the issue view that customers see in the portal

      Suggested Solution

      • In the new Jira issue view, it's possible to change the layout and what fields are displayed in the issue view - the same thing can be implemented for the portal

      Why this is important

      • Allows admins more flexibility as to how they would like information to be delivered/viewed by their customers
