Summary
Customer replies are not always being parsed correctly including a long Sparkpost or Sengrid link on every comment
Steps to Reproduce
- As a customer reply to a notification via email
- Notice a long link being included on every comment
Expected Results
Only the comment is added to the ticket
Actual Results
The comment and an extra link is being included
