Description
Problem Definition
A customer is not able to add themselves as a request participant to a request while being able to add other users as request participants.
Suggested Solution
Allow customers to add themselves as request participant to a request
Why this is important
Adding themselves as request participants would allow them to be notified on any updates on a particular request the customers are interested.
Workaround
If the ticket is shared to them via an organization, click on the Get notifications to "opt-in" and receive updates on the request
