Steps to reproduce:

• Go to this URL in an anonymous tab: https://sd-flux-capacitors.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/1
• Don't fill anything. Just press send.
• Complete the recaptcha challenge correctly
• Wait for 2 minutes
• The message below will be displayed

The problem happens when the recaptcha challenge is successful but the form validation fails. E.g: Required field was not informed

If the user takes two minutes to re-submit the form, something will trigger a new POST but without the g-recaptcha-response header.

Confirmed that it only happens when recaptcha is enable.
Confirmed that it does not block the user from resubmitting after two minutes.

In other words, the message is just wrongly displayed causing some confusion but users can still create requests.
