Queue does not show issues when using JQL assignee = "Full name" or "Email address"

      Summary

      Queue does not show issues when using JQL assignee = "Full name".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new queue on a JSD project.
      2. On "Issue to show" add the JQL status = Open AND assignee = "Full name".
      3. The JQL will show as it's working and the issues will appear on the list.
      4. Save the new queue.

      Expected Results

      After saving the queue, it will show all the tickets assigned.

      Actual Results

      The queue shows as empty and when we click to edit the queue it shows the assignee as "unknown".

      Workaround

      When typing the users' name, click on the options to select the user, so instead of using the full name, use the username.
