    Description

      Summary

      • Screens never load when transitioning between statuses on the new JSD issue view and using the queue URL (/projects/<pkey>/queues/custom/<queueid>/<issuekey>).

      Environment

      • New JSD view and accessing the ticket directly through the queue (/projects/<pkey>/queues/custom/<queueid>/<issuekey>).

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a screen with the attachment field;
      2. Associate the screen with a transition;
      3. Access the ticket and try to transition.

      Expected results

      The screen loads and the ticket can be transitioned.

      Actual result

      The loading circle keeps spinning and the screen never loads.

      Notes

      • The bug only occurs in the queue URL (/projects/<pkey>/queues/custom/<queueid>/<issuekey>) and using the new JSD issue view.
      • The error "Uncaught TypeError: JIRA.Templates.DnDAttachmentPlugin[o] is not a function" can be found in the console:

      Workaround

      Only one of the four is necessary:

      1. Use the browse URL (/browse/<issuekey>); recommended
      2. Use the old view;
      3. Remove the attachment field from the screen;
      4. Disable the new JSD issue view.
