Labels field do not show on public portals

      Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented.       Problem

      When adding the labels field to the request type of a public portal, the field is not shown on the portal when trying to create a ticket anonymously.

      Suggested Resolution

      Make the labels field available when accessing the portal anonymously.
