At the moment queues in JSD (Jira Service Desk) are using "infinite" scrolling of issues.

As a result, sometimes it is hard to get to the right issue.
Suggestion is to have certain custom URLs that could be used to "jump" to a certain page of JSD queue.

For example, if we want to jump to a 3rd page of JSD queue (50 issues per page) - we would use:
https://<instance_name>.atlassian.net/projects/ER/queues/custom/8/page/3
