      Some automation rules are being triggered with delay

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an automation rule that triggers on "Issue Create".
      2. Create a ticket to trigger the automation.

      Expected Results

      The automation is triggered immediately.

      Actual Results

      The automation will be delayed by a few minutes.

      Notes

      The issue is intermittent.

      Workaround

      None at the moment.
