Problem Definition
When viewing a Jira Service Desk ticket from a board (kanban or scrum) and utilizing the new issue view, it is not possible to select if the comment is internal or shared with the customer.
Suggested Resolution
Have the ability to select if the comment will be internal or shared with the customer from the board (kanban or scrum) new issue view.
Workaround
Access the ticket directly from the Service Desk view.
