Widget screen limited to 3 request type, limiting displayed request types

Problem Definition

Currently, widget only allows 3 request types to be returned including the default request type set in the widget configuration. So when searching for request types by keywords, if the reuqest types containing the keywords are more than 2, they will not be returned in the results, as the result will be limited to returning only 2 of the request types.

Suggested Solution

Allow the widget screen to display more than 3 request types to accomadate request type search results.
