Issue Summary

The "Contact us about" option is displayed even when there are no request types configured to the project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Service Desk project
2. Remove all request types from the project
3. Access the customer portal for that project

Expected Results

An empty portal will be displayed

Actual Results

"Contact us about" option is shown and it is not clickable

Notes

As some portals are used as a knowledge base repository where no ticket creation is required, the "Contact us about" option is giving a false impression where requests can be created.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
