Problem Definition
When admins configure a custom email request, there is no warning/reminder to turn off password expiry.
Suggested Solution
Add a warning/reminder to turn off password expiry.
Why this is important
Custom email requests uses an external email account where at times, the email accounts have a password expiration just like any other mail accounts. When the password expires, emails are not received into Service Desk as the connection is not longer authorised causing emails not being converted into requests.
