Allow admins to get/export the "Last Activity" date of users

      Problem Definition

      • There isn't a timestamp to track customer activities for portal-only customer accounts or Atlassian accounts used by Jira Software/core users
      • When a customer sends in an email to make a comment or a new request - the current "last active" timestamp isn't updated

      Suggested Solution

      • Log/display information relating to a user's(customer's) last activity - new request creation, comment, etc.

      Why this is important

      • Admins need to know the date of a customer's last activity in order to maintain their userbase
      • Allows admins to deactivate accounts based on last activity, i.e. has this customer created a request via email in the last 3 months?
